Mechanical Analysis on Rotation Mechanism at Molten Metal Tip During Pulsed Rotating spray Transfer in MAG Welding MAG焊脉冲旋转喷射过渡时液锥旋转机制的力学分析
The kinetic and dynamic parameters of molten metal tip at the wire end during pulsed rotating spray transfer were surveyed by means of the technique of high speed cinematography and motion data processing system in this paper. 通过高速摄影技术和影片运动数据处理系统,测定了脉冲旋转喷射过渡时焊丝末端液锥的运动学与动力学参数,同时计算出焊丝末端液锥上承受的径向力和切向力。
